UK Shipping

Free Shipping for orders over £60.  For orders under £60 there is a flat charge of £3.75

We dispatch almost all orders placed for UK mainland delivery within 2 working days of receipt.  If we are not able to fulfill an order (e.g. if we have sold out of a particular item) we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when the item is due so you can decide whether you would like to wait, choose something else or cancel your order.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order before dispatch at our own discretion. Under these circumstances we will inform you by email that we are cancelling the order and issue a refund in full.

For UK deliver we normally use Royal Mail and ParcelForce but other couriers may be used at our discretion.

UK Remote Area Delivery Zones - Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands 

Unfortunately there are times when courier companies charge an additional fee for deliveries to UK addresses in areas they classify as remote, such as the UK Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We will email you an invoice for the extra shipping fee before dispatching your order if there is a shipping surcharge to pay.

We are happy to post overseas but please contact us first to check on shipping costs and methods.

Out of Stock

If any item ordered is out of stock we will notify you by email and discuss alternative arrangements before going ahead with your order.

Exchange and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Goldie Dogs or would like to exchange the product we will be happy to exchange it or refund you within 14 days of purchase/receipt provided the items are undamaged and in original condition and packaging.

For personalised products we do not accept returns for products where there has been customer spelling or typing errors and urge you to check carefully before completing your order.

Postage costs are not refundable unless the product is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
